What type of projects are eligible for funding?

We’re looking for films with purpose-driven stories, fresh concepts, and strong social, cultural, or global relevance. Your project should have the potential to inspire, entertain, and engage a wide audience.

 

What kind of funding is provided?

We offer financial backing for various stages of your project—from pre-production to post-production. The amount of funding depends on the scope of your project, but we aim to fully support filmmakers in bringing their vision to life.

What kind of support will I receive apart from funding?

Apart from financial support, you’ll get creative mentorship, access to production resources (including equipment and locations), and distribution exposure. We also provide marketing support to help promote your film to the right audience.

 

Who Owns the Content After It’s Made?

Ownership rights will depend on the specific agreement made upon funding approval. In most cases, Aventer Media will retain partial or full ownership or distribution rights in exchange for funding and support. However, we’re open to co-ownership structures and always aim for clear, fair terms that benefit both the creator and our platform.

Will my project be promoted after it's completed?

Yes, if your project is selected and funded, Aventer Media will support its promotion through our platforms, partnerships, and marketing initiatives. While producers are expected to lead the promotional strategy, we collaborate to amplify reach and visibility, especially across digital channels and relevant media outlets.

How long does it take to hear back after I submit my pitch?

You can expect to hear back from our team within 2–4 weeks after submitting your pitch. We carefully review every entry and will contact you if your project is shortlisted for the next stage.

What happens after my movie is completed? Will I still own the rights?

Yes, in most cases, you will retain ownership of your intellectual property. Aventer Media’s goal is to support your vision, not take it over. The specific terms of rights and ownership will be outlined in a funding agreement, but we aim to structure deals that are fair, transparent, and allow you to maintain creative control while we help bring your project to life and support its success through marketing, distribution, and more.

How do I apply for multiple projects?

If you have multiple projects you’d like to pitch, feel free to submit separate applications for each one. We evaluate every idea based on its own merit, so multiple submissions are welcome.
